Event Details

Celebrate the Arlington Public Library's 100th anniversary with 100 tiny paintings!

During the month of September, the community is invited to create miniature paintings inspired by the prompt: "What does community mean to you?" Pick up a tiny canvas from any Arlington Public Library location and return your finished piece of art by Sept. 30. There will also be drop-in art sessions every Sunday for adults and every Wednesday for teens at the George W. Hawkes Downtown Library if you would like to use our art supplies.

Make your mark and become a part of Library history! These tiny works of art will be put on display during the Centennial Gala in November.
