This series of classes will show you how to transform the scattered bits of your family's story into a lasting legacy future generations can appreciate and enjoy!

APRIL 26 — WRITE YOUR STORY
Learn strategies for putting your collected family stories into forms others can enjoy.

MAY 31 — PRESERVE YOUR STORY
Care for your family's irreplaceable artifacts by learning how museums care for theirs! Both long-term preservation of original items & making high-quality digital replicas.

JUNE 28 — ORGANIZE YOUR STORY
Are your research efforts and materials organized for success? Let's compare notes and explore best practices. Whether digital, paper, or a blend, the best system for you is the one you will consistently use!

JULY 26 — COOK YOUR STORY
Put your family history in a cookbook or on a plate. Capture the culinary legacy that you've inherited and pass down those defining family recipes to future generations.

AUGUST 30 — AUDIO RECORD YOUR STORY
Use the interview techniques & tools of oral history professionals (including recording to tablets and smartphones!) to capture the stories and voices that will bring your family history to life.

SEPTEMBER 27 HAND OFF YOUR STORY
Techniques for inspiring the next generation (or the ones after that!) to pick up where you leave off.
