Learn ways to attract and provide a hab­itat for butterflies…and other animals that bring your landscape to life with activity. 
The class is being presented by Water University at the Texas A&M AgriLife Research Center – Dallas. The event will be held virtually via Micosoft Teams.

Arlington Water Utilities will be giving the first 25 residents who sign up for and attend the Birds, Bees and Butterflies: Gardening for Wildlife virtual class a $20 coupon toward the purchase of a UPlantIt Pollinator Garden Box from AgriLife Water University this fall.

The UPLantIt Pollinator box is normally sold for $95. It comes with 32 starters plants of 14 different varieties in individual 3-inch pot and covers up to 125 sq. ft  It was designed by two AgriLife Water University garden cultivation experts. Click here for more informationabout the UPlantIt Pollinator box.

Gardens like the UPLantIt Pollinator Garden support City of Arlington initiatives like participation in the National Wildlife Federation Mayors’ Monarch Pledge  and Arlington’s Bee City USA designation.
