Event Details

Join special guests John Salerno and Samantha Horwitz for an informative afternoon of discovering the world of PTSD and it's effects on the first responder's community.  Symptoms can stay dormant many years before the breaking point.  They will touch on personal experiences from the 9/11 attacks and their law enforcement backgrounds, and treatment options.

John Salerno is a retired NYPD officer and Samantha Horwitz is a former secret service agent.  She was in the towers on 9/11 and is the author of The Silent Fall: A Secret Service Agent's Story of Tragedy and Triumph After 9/11.
