The Write Stuff appeals to aspiring novelists and casual writing enthusiasts alike. Led by local authors and writing instructors, each session will explore several writing ideas including worldbuilding and creating realistic characters. We will also feature topics important to authors such as censorship and banned books as well as how to fight writer's block.

  • Saturday, November 17 - Fighting Writer's Block with David Eric Tomlinson. Eventually, it happens to every writer—the words just won't come. In this engaging seminar from crime author David Eric Tomlinson, you'll learn strategies for getting those words on the page, so you can finish that National Novel Writing Month project, or start a new one. Copies of Mr. Tomlinson's novel "The Midnight Man" will be made available for sale.
