Welcome to The Kindness Project!

Celebrate kindness to yourself with a session of gentle yoga. In this hour-long session, we'll relieve stress from the body and mind through gentle stretches and mindful, meditative exercise. No experience needed, please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat if you have one - we will have a few to provide if you don't!

This class will be held outside, weather permitting.
