Welcome to the Kindness Project!

Join Denae Richards as she guides you through a discovery of mindfulness by way of Sound Meditation. Discover how the sound of gongs, Tibetan bowls, crystal bowls and other instruments streamline the meditation process.

This workshop will begin with guided relaxation & breath work followed by an entrancing and etherical sound bath. You will be lying down in a comfortable position as you're bathed by the healing sounds of the instruments. Wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring anything with you to create a comfortable meditation nest – yoga mats, knee bolsters & blankets.  Drink plenty of water before and after the workshop.
