How to Make Dumplings

10:00 AM - 10:30 AM

Event Details

Join Ms. Susan from the Southwest Branch Library as she leads us through how to make dumplings. Dumplings are a popular food that has variations in many Asian countries. Making dumplings is a social event and recipes may be passed down from generation to generation. They are also often a large part of celebrations and major holidays.

This program will be posted on our Facebook starting this day. It is part of our series of Asian Pacific American Heritage Month programs. If you'd like to comment on the Facebook post with your own memories of making dumplings with loved ones, please feel free. We would love your stories.
