Sometimes you just a need a nudge or prompt to get the words flowing! That's what we've discovered in previous sessions.

Though held online, the format of this virtual workshop will be essentially the same as one's we've held in person in previous years. We'll have a brief introduction to the topic followed by a choice of family or personal history writing prompts and a 10 minute free writing period on scratch paper or computer that gets creative juices flowing. Short enough to keep perfectionism at bay but long enough to dash out a quick draft of something that's been hiding deep in your brain!

We'll then take turns sharing our paragraphs with the group if desired. Then we'll do one or two more rounds as time allows with more prompts, more writing, more sharing and more fun!
